SocialClime released a number of significant new features and enhancements over the past few weeks. Here are some of the highlights:
- Whole team messaging – Team admins can now send messages to all users within their account. This allows for quick message distribution via SMS and email to the team.
- Real time review alerts with configurable messaging preferences – Users can now setup configurable rules to receive alerts when a new review is posted at Google or Facebook. The criteria can be based on the review rating and the location the received the review and any number of users can subscribe to these notifications.
- Pre-visit messages – Service companies can send a configurable pre-visit message to their customers that introduces the service tech who will be coming to the customer’s home and give an overview that includes the tech’s photo, title, and bio.
In addition to these major features, SocialClime has released a number of enhancements and fixes to ensure the application continues to perform with the highest level of reliability.
